Additionally, because our mission is to create a diverse and talented 6th grade class from a large pool of applicants, we utilize 4th grade state test scores in addition to geographic equity in our first round selection criteria.

1. Level 4 on both ELA and Math.
2. Level 3 on either ELA or Math, and Level 4 on the other.
3. Newly joined the NYC public schools. Does not have 4th grade city test scores.
