Thank you for your interest in CSS-MSE; this year's applicant pool was quite impressive! We are pleased to announce that we have completed the first phase of the admissions process and will begin to invite applicants to our admissions essay exam the week of February 17th.

Please note: THIS EMAIL IS PURELY INFORMATIONAL AND DOES NOT SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE. In the next two weeks, you will be receiving a phone call from Principal Jose Maldonado, an email, and a mailed letter with your acceptance status.

Dear Parents,

Hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that CSS – MSE is extending its admissions deadline to February 6th to reflect the DOE middle school admissions calendar.

How does this affect you? In our fall open houses we informed families that applicants would be notified after the holiday break if they were being invited to take our admissions exam. Due to the deadline extension, we will contact students the second week in February. The essay admissions exam will still be administered on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 12pm. The test site is TBA.
